When and how do I receive my invoice?

You will receive your invoice by e-mail within 24 hours after your order has been completed. All invoices are sent as digitally signed PDF files and can be submitted for VAT reimbursement, if applicable.

For automatic domain name renewals, you will receive your invoice approximately three weeks prior to the end of the term.

You can review and download your invoices anytime in your account management.
